World Cup Pyeonghwa (Peace) Park
월드 컵 평화 공원
Most of the parks that make up World Cup Park are more about providing a place to enjoy nature rather than providing a place to pursue athletic endeavors. However, Pyeonghwa (Peace) Park) has a set of tennis courts available for public use.
It is very easy to miss these tennis courts. They are hidden deep in a grove of trees in a way that even many people who walk right past them don't realize the courts are there. Granted, it is not a large tennis complex. There are only two courts that sit side-by-side. If you are interested in playing tennis somewhere near the World Cup Stadium area, this is a good place. It will cost you (don't worry...the fee is cheap), but the courts are available for use to the general public.
Dirt. It's not grass. It's not clay, either. It's packed dirt. It is very playable.
