Ilsan Station
일산역
Overview
Like many of the stops on this portion of the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, this station is extremely new. It used to be a railroad station, disconnected from the subway system. Part of the old railroad station still remains. The original station is the oldest station in the city of Goyang. It was built in 1933, and in 2006, it was declared a national cultural asset.
