Nanjicheon World Cup Park
Nanjicheon World Cup Park is perhaps the least known of the World Cup Parks. It often gets overshadowed by its neighbors. This is literally true in the case of its relationship to World Cup Haneul (Sky) Park. Nanjicheon sits at the base of Haneul (Sky) Park's northface and has a shadow cast upon it for many portions of the day.
The Scouting Report
Nanjicheon Park is a park worth visiting. There is a small stream that runs the length of the narrow park. The stream makes the park quite scenic. The name of the park, "Nanjicheon" is actually the name of the stream: Nanji Stream. The park also has a great open field that is centrally located and ideal for several activities.
There are quite a few places to shoot a basketball in the park. There is only 1 actual court, but there are several goals spread throughout the park.
In the middle of the park, there is a very large, oval field. It is perfect for having picnics and playing games. There is a small stage at one side of the field where special events are occasionally held. Picnic tables line the perimeter of the field and are often conveniently located in shady spots.
Watch out for the fierce wildlife! These animals are for real!

There is a shuttle that runs from the parking lot of Nanjicheon Park to the top of Haneul (Sky) Park. For those not wanting to make the 100-meter climb, this is a nice option.
