One of the most unheralded parks in Seoul that certainly deserves more recognition than it typically gets is Boramae Park. The park is a huge plot of land south of the Han River that caters to a wide variety of park-going clientele. At the center of the park is one of the biggest expanses of open grass that you will find in Seoul.
Boramae Park has a wide open expanse of grass that is the envy of most other parks in Seoul. It is one of the finest plots of open space you are likely to find in the city. Although it can get crowded at times, Boramae Park is a great place to go if you are looking for a place to throw or kick a ball around.
It is a large field of grass. The grass is green in the summer and brownish-yellowish in the winter.
