Too many bowling alleys these days throw too many gimmicks at you: strobe lights, thumping house music, etc. It is quite refreshing then, when you can go to a place like Ilsan Bowling Alley and enjoy bowling in all its purity. Nothing but a well-lit, well-greased lane with the noise of crashing pins in the background. Pure bliss.
Throwback. That is the best word that can be used to describe Ilsan Bowling Alley. There is no obnoxious loud house music. There is no gimmicky blacklight-strobelight bowling hour. There is no tomfoolery here. This is a bowling alley for people who actually want to bowl.
